A little bit about Dr. Ahmed Sidky


Dr. Ahmed Sidky was born in Cairo Egypt, where he graduated as Valedictorian, with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. There he assisted in the establishment of a non-profit organization focused on taking care of orphans and the needy. Ahmed then moved to Virginia Tech earned his Master's and Ph.D. Dr. Sidky is currently a senior Agile Consultant at Tangible Software.

He brings to us years of experience in leadership and Islamic activism on the local and national levels beginning as the vice president and then president of his local Muslim Students Association (MSA) chapter at Virginia Tech. 2004 was the start of his MSA National experience. Starting as East Zone Conference Co-Chair, he then moved to become the East Zone US Representative and then the Vice President USA of MSA National.

Traveling frequently all across the US and Canada, his speaking experience includes delivering numerous Khutbas (sermons), Conferences Lectures, Workshops and Seminars to many different campuses from the east coast to the west coast. In particular, his Life Planning workshop has received an overwhelming positive feedback for having a real impact of the lives’ of its attendees.
